Urge Congress to Make Child Care More Affordable
In many parts of the country, child care costs are more than housing and even in-state college tuition! That means kids living in poverty don’t have the same chance to succeed as other kids because their parents can’t afford the cost of high quality child care.
High-quality child care helps kids – especially those living in poverty – succeed. From starting school ready to learn to higher graduation rates, quality child care can transform kids’ lives.
A bill in Congress called the Promoting Affordable Childcare for Everyone (PACE) Act (S. 208 | H.R. 3632) would update the tax code to help with the cost of child care.
Urge your members of Congress to cosponsor the PACE Act, and help more kids succeed!
