High-quality early education – including child care – makes a positive difference in the lives of kids around the country. Quality child care helps kids grow socially and developmentally so they’ll start school ready to learn. Kids who have access to quality child care are more likely to graduate from high school and stay in the workforce. As Congress prepares to debate tax reform, we should expand the child care tax credit that helps parents afford quality care for their kids. We must invest in our nation’s future!
